The Federal Court Just Sent President Biden Spinning

The policies of President Joe Biden and his administration continue to circumvent the Constitution in order to further their agenda of harming American citizens. Joe can thank his lucky stars that there are still some judges who keep him on his toes. This most recent decision by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to deny Joe’s appeal derives from his desire to open the country’s borders to illegal immigrants.

The plea made by the Biden administration to have a court block an order that was preventing a contentious policy that allowed thousands of migrants to be released into the United States without a court date was rejected by the court. After the same judge invalidated a materially identical regulation in March, President Biden simply resorted to enacting another devious policy shortly thereafter.

The holy grail regulations that Biden and his band of bureaucrats at the Department of Homeland Security are always developing are nothing more than an end-run around the Constitution. They continue to complain about federal judges who are standing in their way and assert that these judicial decisions would undermine the Executive Branch’s constitutional and statutory authority.

No, these judges are putting an end to the lawlessness that Biden has been fostering, and with good reason. Old Joe would be huffing and puffing in the corner, bloodied and battered if he were the prize boxer he claimed to be. It is imperative that the federal courts continue to give Biden the necessary legal beating to put a halt to the ongoing overreach of his administration. And citizens of the United States will be protected against criminals.
