The Federal Court Stops The Blue State Law

We are aware of the reasons behind the mass exodus of Americans from formerly rich states. The far-left, radical Democrats who control the state are making it hard for people to reside in these areas. The blue states are making extraordinary efforts to restrict the rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

In the meantime, they make drug use legal, actively promote homelessness, and release criminals back into the community. They took the remarkable step of robbing American citizens of their basic privilege in one of the blue states. Because they were so taken aback, the state sheriffs vowed that they would not enforce this new law.

Rapidly, local residents organized a counterattack and sued the state in court. At this time, a decision regarding the statute is being made by a federal court. A stunning ban on so-called assault weapons in the state of Illinois was halted by a judge from the federal court system. Using a word that is exclusive to gun control extremists, Democrats, as is their custom, attempted to force a ban on the Second Amendment.

Anyone with even a fraction of a brain knows that the language surrounding assault weapons is nothing more than a Trojan horse for the prohibition of all firearms. The judge found that he had the authority to issue a temporary injunction because there was a reasonable likelihood that the plaintiffs’ claim that this statute infringes their rights will be upheld in court.

This indicates that the statute in question will be overturned as a result of this litigation. Even though the matter is still being argued, this is encouraging information for people living in Illinois. During the time that the court is considering the case, the prohibition will not be enforced.

Residents are still permitted to purchase and distribute firearms, notwithstanding the recent loosening of restrictions on such conduct. However, the war is not even close to being won. Democrats at the state level are always looking for new methods to deprive citizens of the United States of their constitutionally protected rights.

Following the overturning of a stringent concealed carry ban in New York by the Supreme Court, Democrats in the state legislature passed an even crazier law to ensure that nobody in the state is safe. Democrats in Washington, DC are eager to eliminate as much of the Second Amendment as they possibly can. We have no choice but to fight for the protection of our rights, whether it is with Joe Biden or with Congress.
