The SCOTUS Just Turned the Tables on Democrats

For a very long time, we have witnessed Democrats working toward the goal of dismantling our Supreme Court. Because Trump has stacked the court with conservatives, those on the left cannot use the court to advance their agenda. Therefore, in an effort to secure a majority vote, they have attempted to stack the court.

After that strategy was unsuccessful, they turned their attention to the conservative majority on the highest court. In an effort to intimidate conservative justices, Democrats in the Senate have attempted to execute pranks. They have even made fake allegations of wrongdoing against justices like Clarence Thomas in an attempt to get them removed from the court.

The division of powers has been flagrantly disregarded throughout all of this. And the Supreme Court of the United States will not support it. At this point, the nine justices are showing Democrats who are boss by putting them in their place. Democrats are concerned about the effects that a conservative Supreme Court could have on their policy agenda.

Already, the court has overturned the Roe v. Wade decision, put an end to state gun control laws, and safeguarded the religion and free speech rights of a large number of Americans. In the years to come, this current Supreme Court has the ability to dismantle many of the radical and socialist programs proposed by the left.

Therefore, they have attempted to create a scandal involving the most conservative justices on the Supreme Court. The Democrats have even proposed introducing laws that might result in a justice being convicted of fabricated accusations and sent to prison. As a result, the entire court issued a statement that put an end to the plan of the left.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, did not show up to a hearing that was held by the Senate Judiciary Committee. In addition, the court is turning down attempts by Democrats to control their work using made-up laws that have recently been passed.

Why would it be such a terrible thing if Congress attempted to establish a statute that would govern the Supreme Court? One of the three components that make up the United States Federal Government is the Judicial Branch. The Supreme Court of the United States was established by our nation’s founders for the express purpose of keeping Congress and the White House in check.

It would be difficult for the court to maintain its ability to hold Congress accountable if Congress were allowed to approve a law that could result in the removal of a justice. Every time the Supreme Court issued a decision that Congress did not agree with, they would simply threaten to impeach one of the justices.

If the Senate, which is currently controlled by the Democrats, was insane enough to approve that kind of bill, you can be sure that it wouldn’t last a single day. The SCOTUS has the Power to Strike down the laws. It’s laughable to think that Democrats may even consider pulling this scam off.
